Deconstruct to reconstruct

What I have figured out is that many community mental health organizations in Victoria city are operating as little businesses. The client with schizophrenia becomes a commodity and statistics are often gathered by organizations to receive funding. My idea is that schizophrenia is not a USP (unique selling proposition) but in fact a human being with a soul – and an individual. Schizophrenia is medical and should be treated by trained medical experts versus people who are mentally ill themselves or who are business owners and operators. Photo, Victoria construction.
