A VCM action strategy

In a situation of conflict with a company there starts with two actions:

  1. Remove yourself from the conflict
  2. Find a remedy

In order to do those two actions, try the A.D.D. method.

A. Acknowledge that there is a problem

D. What has the company done in the past?

D. What will the company do in the future?
